Couturier (2x), Koré et Soumaré ont explosé un faible Lokeren. Troisième succès de rang pour les Gaumais. Lommel United, Westerlo et Lokeren : trois rencontres, trois succès, huit buts inscrits et aucun concédé. Virton qui a, semble-t-il, définitivement lancé sa saison peut se vanter de n’avoir, quasiment, concédé aucune occasion en 270 minutes. La performance est réelle avec, cerise sur le gâteau, trois fois deux paires de stoppeurs différents - Prempeh/Malget, Angiulli/Malget, Angiulli/Prempeh. "La défense est costaude", souligne l’entraîneur Dino Toppmöller.
