Le T1 ad intérim Hugo Broos explique pourquoi Verheyen a arrêté et sait comment motiver ses joueurs contre le RSCA. Il pensait ne plus jamais devoir prendre place sur le banc, Hugo Broos (66 ans). Mais vu la décision surprenante de Gert Verheyen de jeter l’éponge, le directeur technique d’Ostende doit dépanner comme coach. Broos s’est bien débrouillé à Gand (défaite de justesse, 2-1). Dimanche, il reçoit son ancien grand amour, Anderlecht. Il y a joué treize ans et y a été coach pendant presque trois saisons.
