Une sixième récompense pour Thiam, une première pour Koen Naert ? Il n’y aura vraisemblablement pas, ou peu, de suspense, ce samedi après-midi, lors de la cérémonie du Spike d’Or organisée au Stayen, à Saint-Trond. Les meilleurs athlètes belges des derniers Championnats d’Europe, à Berlin, devraient être sacrés. On pense, bien entendu, à Koen Naert, du côté masculin, et à Nafi Thiam, du côté féminin, les deux seuls athlètes titrés en individuel (respectivement sur marathon et à l’heptathlon), en août dernier, en Allemagne.
